This is a worktable simple to assemble and easy to move. Work Table 1.1 is composed of CNC cut panels that can quickly be put together. You only need a hammer and a cloth to protect boards. Strongly assembled, you can easily move it. It’s also easy to disassembly for example to replace broken parts.
Top board includes a ruler obtained thanks to 5mm CNC drilling.
Worktable 1.1 also features a vertical board to divide space useful to pin sheets or tidying clamps for example.
From production process to assembly process, we designed it to be as easy as possible, saving material, time and efforts.
Material and finish
Made from 20mm thick boards and a 30mm thick board for the top board. Massif wood, multiplex plywood, MDF, OSB, laminated, and recycled boards can be used.
We designed it according to workshop aesthetic : simple with natural raw finish.
Measurements : W1400 x H1150 x D750 mm (blueprints are customizable)
Production process
As designers, our goal was to reduce environmental impact and optimise material consumption using CNC technology. That’s why it is mono-material and its dxf files are thought to avoid losses from standard boards.
Because of its basic production process and assembly, measurements and blueprints can easily be customized to fit precise needs or materials.
